Notification of Nonattendance:

If your child is unable to attend their lesson, please notify us before their scheduled class.

You can inform us via the following channels:

1) Log into your Customer Portal or iClassPro app to request an absence (preferred option)

2) Call us on 6255 7740 and leave a message (we may be driving to or from a facility and unable to answer)

3) Message us using the Contact Form below

Issuance of Make Up Tokens:

A Make Up token will only be issued if notice is given more than 2 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Token Limits and Validity:

Make Up Lesson Booking:

Make Up lessons will incur a cost of $11 per lesson payable before the date of the lesson.
Please request your Make Up lesson by logging into your Customer Portal or iClassPro app. Find the class that suits you and request the booking using your Make Up Token. Once approved, charges will be raised and the statement sent to you for payment.
Make Up lessons are subject to class availability; we cannot guarantee the same teacher, day, or time slot as your regular lesson.
You will be notified of your Make Up lesson booking via email along with a statement to pay.
Missed Make Up lessons cannot be rebooked and are forfeited.

Restrictions on Token Use:

Make Up tokens are not transferable as credit for future terms or programs or refundable.
Tokens can only be used when you have an active booking and your account is fully paid.

Account Status and Booking:

Make Up lessons cannot be booked if there are outstanding fees on your account.

Forfeiture for No Notice:

Failure to notify us of nonattendance will result in forfeiture of the class without the issuance of a Make Up token.
