Enrolment Modification and Cancellation Policy

Written Notice for Cancellation:

If you wish to withdraw from classes, please provide a written notice via email stating your intention to cancel. This notice must be given at least two weeks in advance. Classes will be terminated as of the nominated cancellation date mentioned in your notice.

 

Customers withdrawing from lessons at the end of term can request contact for upcoming Terms and Programs from the Swim School Coordinator.

Notice Period for Direct Debit Customers:

Customers paying via direct debit are required to give a two-week notice prior to the next scheduled direct debit date to ensure the cancellation of future payments.

​

Lessons on Hold:

Customers choosing to take time off during a Term will be charged the full amount with no Make Up Tokens or Credits allocated.  Please consider your options if travelling during a Term.

​

Automatic Cancellation for Non-Attendance:

If a swimmer has not attended classes for three (3) consecutive weeks without any communication, their enrolment will be automatically cancelled. To re-enrol in the future, any outstanding fees must be cleared.
